7th - 22nd    "CCCC Art Instructors Show"

Opening Reception: Thursday, February 7th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Teachers from Coastal Carolina Community College will show their art work. Past shows included pottery, jewelry, mixed media and wood. Michael Kellner, Andrea Van Engelenhoven and Kevin Mertenz are the art instructors.

MARCH 2008
2nd - 28th - 30th Annual Student Art Show & Competition

Awards Reception:  Sunday, March 2, from 2:00 - 3:00 pm. Grades 6 through 12.   Each School submits 8 pieces of work to the competition. This show is always colorful, intriguing and imaginative.   Judge:  Penny Craven, artist and teacher. Over 120 paintings were on display.

"Celebrations of the Carolinas" Acrylics by Susan Hecht. Her love for experimentation and discovery in her paintings keeps her callenged to explor the endless possibilities.
